A footpath through the woods leads directly over the golf course to the beach. The house is on a quiet road and looks out onto open countryside to the rear. There are five bedrooms, each with twin beds (three rooms can be made into superking beds) and three bathrooms. There are two lounges, a dining room, kitchen, utility/drying room.
