New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Many excursion possibilities, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

Sleep well. Cozy in the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina, old furniture, low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources. The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

Small cozy house with peace, quiet and the most amazing view of the water. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a holiday in the south of Funen. Enjoy the tranquility and the view from the south-facing balcony. Take a dip from the private bathing jetty. Sink down, swing your legs up and enjoy the view. With a little luck, you'll see porpoises swimming in the sound. In the middle of the South Funen archipelago - close to the beach, forest, harbor and Svendborg city.
