Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

Rent our newly renovated villa in a safe neighborhood. This spacious duplex offers a 77” smart TV, two dishwashers, a large kitchen, Peloton bike, office space, and 2 continental beds of 180cm + 1 bed of 140cm. Note, other tenants live in the same building but have separate entrances. Easy access to buses, commuter train (Stuvsta), and metro (Fruängen). Nearby amenities include grocery stores, shopping malls, and a cinema in Kungens Kurva. A small grocery store is just a 5-minute walk away.

Fin stuga nära Drottningholm

En charmig och nybyggd stuga, 10 min med bil eller buss från Drottningholms slott, Ekerö kommun. Här bor du ensam eller max två personer (extra avgift). Sängen är ny och 105 cm bred. En extra madrass på golvet kan ordnas vid behov. I hyran ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning. Du har tillgång till en mindre uteplats om du önskar. I stugan finns bara rinnande kallt vatten, dusch kan lånas eö i vårt stora hus. Rökning är ej tillåten. Incheckning 14.00 utcheckning 11.00 eller eö

Stugan har en stor balkong utrustad med flera sittplatser, perfekt för att njuta av solnedgångar eller en härlig grillkväll. Det finns en stor grill på balkongen, vilket gör det enkelt att laga mat och umgås utomhus.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
