The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Here on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula, there is a lot to discover, both for adults and children. We rent out part of our house in two separate apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 50 m2. The whole apartment is newly renovated for the 2024 season.

Bicycles are available for rent so you can cycle, for example, to vineyards, Holy Smoke, Arild or Svanshall for a visit to the restaurant or the winter terrace in Arild. Suitable for 2 but there is a fresh sofa bed for an additional guest. Fully-equipped kitchen.

We recently converted our turn of the century bakery into a wonderful 2 story guest house. Boasting several floor to ceiling windows overlooking the fields of a sublime seaside nature reserve. 2 sleeping areas on the top floor separated by antique chimney and cane room divider. Heated concrete floors in living room. Full kitchen with oven and induction stove. Walk to "our" secluded pebble beach and harbor. Freshly built bathroom. Outdoor eating area. Fruit trees galore. Never ending trails.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Unique accommodation in an old school on the fantastic Kulla Peninsula (Jonstorp) The house was built in 1912 and was a school for over 50 years. In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.
