Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. One with a double bed and one with five beds in a bunk bed, single bed and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen table. New dishwasher 2023 and new oven August 2024. Two toilets. Shower in the basement and washing machine, new in 2024, in the same space. Large table, sofa and armchair and fireplace to light. Newly-built wooden deck at the back of the house.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction).
