The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Enjoy a spacious stay just walking distance to the village and lake! Upstairs unit sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms/1 bath/pull out couch). If you’d like to add-on the bottom unit (not rented to other groups simultaneously) please let me know… it sleeps an additional 2 guests with private entrance, bath, kitchen, desk & queen bed. Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
