Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

The apartment is in Gythio, Koumaros area. It is comfortable as it has a bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a single bed, sofa bed and desk. The living room, which is open plan with the fully equipped kitchen, opens onto a large terrace that has a dining area and a wonderful sea view!
