The cottage has a bright living room, kitchen, comfortable sleeping areas, bathroom, and sauna. You are within walking distance of the sea and the beach. Björkvik (5 minutes by bus). The bus stop for bus 429 to Slussen is 300 meters away. The cottage is located close to the Stockholm Archipelago. Here, you can walk to wetlands, swimming, and nature. Långviksträsket is within walking distance, about 20–25 minutes, in a nature reserve.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.
