The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds. Enjoy the tranquility in our simple but cozy shed trailer. It has beautiful nature, with views of horses and wildlife. Great hiking tours. Possibility to buy breakfast. Electricity and heating in the wagon. In the shed trailer, there is a camping toilet, a refrigerator, a sink, and the possibility to make coffee and tea. There are folding chairs for outdoor use. They are located under the cart. Feeding the horses is not allowed. Neither with grass, leaves, carrots, or anything else. Smoking is not allowed in the trailer.

In Nr. Søby, a few kilometers outside Skive city center, you will find the newly renovated apartment of about 80 m2. The apartment is decorated with newly purchased furniture and interior. Three rooms in total. Two rooms with two single beds. (Can be moved together) A room with a double elevation bed. Nice kitchen/living room with fully equipped kitchen and cozy sofa corner with TV and Chromecast. Beautiful bathroom with washing machine. Outdoors, a cozy courtyard area with a small table and four seats.

The home is located in rural surroundings with many opportunities for experiences in nature. Parking right at the door. "Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Try, for example, a hike on the Himmerland Trail, a fishing trip at the beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.
