From the covered wooden terrace, there is a nice view of the water. The house is newly painted inside and out and in good condition with a new bathroom. Brand new wooden floors and new windows. There is a dishwasher and the possibility to wash clothes. From the kitchen you can see the water while cooking and at the dining table there is plenty of space due to pull-out plates. A beautiful Danish cottage from the 1970s, renovated in 2014. 5 -7 min walk to the North Sea and close to Skallerup Klit holiday center with a good grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool, bowling, climbing wall, fitness and multi-room for the little ones. View of protected natural land with a nice slope, from which there is a fantastic view from the bench over the North Sea. In the house, there is a flat screen, WiFi, dishwasher and wood-burning stove that easily warms up the house and creates coziness. Good large grounds for ball games and other play.
