Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. Holiday cottage with fantastic location on the south side of Kolding Fjord. The house is 60 m2 with large private terrace and large garden with lawn right down to the beach. There is access to a shared private bathing jetty. The house is located high above the fjord and guests can enjoy the most amazing views with sun all day from the terrace. There is private parking at the house with space for 2 cars. On the plot there is its own vineyard, pentaque court, outdoor fire pit, lots of cozy hooks and covered small terrace.
