Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Siviri

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

Very nice place and kind owners

Ideal location for folks seeking nightlife and beaches. The dance club next door plays loud music until 5am during summer months, so sleeping can be difficult during those times. Nadia is an A+ host!

We had a pleasant and quiet stay at Constantinos place and recommend it. The two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms were our main priorities staying in Nikiti. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee was also available which is nice. Being a downstairs apartment has its advantage of being cool during the summer, but an air-conditioning was also available. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk to the beach with many restaurants and places to relax directly on the sand. But also easy to reach the beaches further south by car.

The location is very central, the beach and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Sparkling clean and spacious enough room and bathroom. We were very pleased. Nice to meet you. Thank you.

Nice stay if you want a quite place close to the airport, less than a 20 minutes drive.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took great care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

We spent a magnificent holiday in Argiri's accommodation until the end of September2024. With weather luck still late summer🏖️☀️☀️ Located right on the sea, the property is directly connected to the beach by a staircase. With quiet sea, the nearby coves can be explored with the 2-person kayak😃. It is a central base for exploring the Halkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments away from mass tourism. About 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!

We had a wonderful time and felt completely comfortable! The apartment was an absolute dream – very clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We especially enjoyed the two wonderful balconies as well as the cozy bed in which we slept wonderfully. The location was fantastic – quiet and yet well connected.
