We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

Ein wahres Paradies. Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, die Terrasse idyllisch und der Garten wie aus einem Märchen. Von der Terrasse bis zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Sekunden. Die gesamte Strandausrüstung ist vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

O casă de vacanță absolut superbă în Sithonia! Am petrecut un sejur minunat într-o casă extrem de bine dotată, în care ne-am simțit ca acasă din prima clipă. Gazdele au avut grijă de absolut toate detaliile – de la fier și masă de călcat, feon, aparat de cafea cu spumant de lapte și toaster, până la cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat rufe și chiar mașină de spălat vase. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar dotările – de foarte bună calitate: geluri de duș și șampon, prosoape pufoase, lenjerie de pat premium. Terasa este un colț de rai – parfumul florilor și sunetele plăcute ale rândunicilor creează o atmosferă de vis. În plus, grătarul pe gaz este ideal pentru seri relaxante în familie. Casa are aer condiționat, aparat pentru protecție anti-insecte, iar totul este gândit pentru confort. Este perfectă pentru familii cu copii – plaja are nisip fin, galben, și o intrare lină în apa turcoaz. Există și șezlonguri, plus echipamente pentru activități pe apă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you need, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed picking fresh oranges and lemons right from the trees (thank you, Ioulia 🤗) and the basket of goodies she left for us was such a lovely touch! Such a relaxing and charming place to stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Μοναδική εμπειρία στη Νέα Ποτίδαια – Όμορφο, ήσυχο και άψογα διακοσμημένο σπίτι! Το σπίτι όπου μείναμε στη Νέα Ποτίδαια ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο! Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Η διακόσμηση του είναι εξαιρετικά γούστου, μοντέρνα αλλά και φιλόξενη, με ατμόσφαιρα που θυμίζει μικρή ιδιωτική βίλα. Από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε, νιώσαμε ότι βρισκόμασταν σε έναν όμορφα διαμορφωμένο προσωπικό χώρο διακοπών – ήρεμος, φωτεινός και απόλυτα χαλαρωτικός. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, ιδανική για ξεκούραση, μακριά από τη φασαρία. Αν και η θάλασσα και τα καταστήματα δεν είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια, με το αυτοκίνητο ή άλλο μεταφορικό μέσο χρειάζεσαι ελάχιστα λεπτά για να βρεθείς σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο ή σε ταβέρνες με πεντανόστιμο φαγητό. Η καθαριότητα του χώρου ήταν υποδειγματική και τίποτα δεν έλειπε από τον εξοπλισμό. Είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για μια άνετη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άψογοι. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen. Es ist ruhig gelegen an einem Salzsee und dahinter sieht man gleich das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. 🙂👍🏼

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

çocuklar açısından çok iyiydi, otopark sorunumuz yoktu, öneri ve talimatlar yeterliydi, internet iyiydi, ev çok iyi tasarlanmıştı, ev sahibi restaurant ve cevreyle ilgili bilgiler verdi. sadece uygulamadaki konumla gercek konum arasinda 5 km mesafe var. kendi aracıyla gelmeyenler için bu bir sorun olabilir. çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

Man hat hat in der Unterkunft viel Ruhe und ist nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch am Strand, wo man von Restaurants über einen Supermarkt bis hin zu einem kleinen Bäcker alles findet. Traumhaft

The apartment was exactly as I imagined! The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances. A very nice surprise was the fridge full of water, fruit, vegetables and other products. Mosquito nets on all windows allowed fresh air and ventilation without fear of mosquitoes. The beds were large and very comfortable. Beach equipment, deckchairs, chairs, towels, balls and other toys were also at our disposal. Vasilis is a wonderful man, very kind and friendly. He told us about all the attractions and gave us all the necessary tips. Vasilis is very cordial and we could always count on His help. Me and my family felt wonderfully taken care of. I think we will come back here again. Vasilis is an excellent host!

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

einfach und klein, aber geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Schöner Privatweg direkt zum schönen Strand. Zu Fuß aber gm20 Minuten entlang der schlecht beleuchteten und kauten Hauptstraße in den Ort. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Volle Empfehlung!

Great place and great host. We felt like at home and we had a very pleasant stay with our children and little dog. Euaggelia is a very friendly and responsive host, she responded to all our questions and requests and date changes. She is very thoughtful, she even bought toys for our babies to play. In the apartment you find everything you need even essential things that you didn't think of so you don't need to bring much as she has everything from kitchen paper to shaving cream in the bathroom. The apartment is nicely decorated and she has an oven and sandwich maker and plenty of pots and pans. I particularly liked the balcony, it's peaceful and quitet. The location is very good, close to the beach and shops, there are plenty of parking spots, even shaded. We want at the begging of September and even though there is no Air Conditioning , the apartment is cool and it has a fan for air circulation which was enough. The apartment is protected from mosquitoes with door and windows nets.

Ідеальна квартира, дуже чиста, охайна, зручне планування. На кухні є все необхідне, потурбувалися навіть про холодні напої при заїзді. Приємна власниця, яка привітно зустріла і все розповіла. Просторий і доглянутий двір. Все на 100% відповідає фото. Але до пляжу веде дуже крутий і небезпечний схил, і сам берег пляжу дуже брудний і захаращений. Краще їздити автомобілем на муніципальні прибрані пляжі, ніж на найближчий дикий. Дякуємо за гостинність, ми чудово відпочили і перезавантажились у вашому домі!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht .
