Ilmainen autopaikka asunnon edessä (sähköauton lataus lisämaksusta). Rauhallinen leikkipiha lapsille aivan huoneiston vieressä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet (mm. Matinkylän metrolle) ja kävelymatka lähikauppaan. Valaistut kuntopolut lähtevät kadun toiselta puolen. Rauhallinen, aidattu oma takapiha, jonne ilta-aurinko paistaa. Erinomainen kohde lapsiperheille!
