The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. Our lovely home is located in the village of Kastraki, 290 meters from the main square of the village. The house can host up to 6 people. It can accommodate a family or a small group of friends. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living room (it consists of two sofas which can be turned into beds). In front of the house there is an open common area where the guests can park for free their cars (private property). The guests have access to a laundry machine.

Spiros was easy to reach by phone from the first day until the day of departure and greeted us nicely. Spiros even wanted to pick us up from the bus station in Ioannina on arrival. That just meant a lot to us, because not everyone offers something like that. There were sweets for us in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the bed linen smelled good. The rooms were very professionally coordinated in terms of color and decoration, so that the well-being and relaxation could unfold. In simple words: I would definitely recommend this place to any friend or family member!!! Thank you, Mr. Spiro

Come for the scenic and peaceful village setting with easy access to Meteora; stay for two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Anastasia and Stephanos are incredibly warm and generous hosts. The renovated stone house is comfortable and well-equipped with heating and air conditioning, plus a unique decor, chock full of lights and mirrors created by Stephanos from found wood. Anastasia plied us with her delicious cooking and fresh local foods. With June weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor tables, the hammock, and the shaded balcony and patio. The area is spectacular; mountains rise from their backyard, and if you are very lucky Stephanos might take you on a walk in them. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, street market, etc. are minutes away in the town of Pili, but try the terrific souvlaki in the village square if you eat meat. Pro tip: Google Translate is super helpful. Meteora brought us to Anastasia and Stephanos; then we just did not want to leave, and we will be back!
