Vacation rentals with a patio in Sitia

We had an incredibly beautiful time in Tertsa, it's perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. The beautiful beach is right across the street from the house and all the residents are very friendly, you quickly feel at home and are greeted by everyone. Poppy welcomed us very warmly, she cooked a lot of delicious food for us, which awaited us upon our arrival. She is always quick to reach and very helpful and warm, the most amazing hostess you could imagine! The garden and terrace is also beautiful and you are close to nature!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful and totally clean. Everything you need is available and the terrace is a highlight. Communication with the host was always quick, nice and helpful. Everything was perfect

The place was super nice and clean and well equipped with great attention to detail and hospitality. Karolos was a friendly host and did his best to help us with everything! The views from the large balcony were beautiful and it was a lovely short walk for a morning swim in the sea. We stayed here just after the tourist season so the village was nice and quiet!

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. The place was clean, modern and we loved the proximity to the beach. It was nice to have fruits, wine and crackers provided as we arrived late in the evening. The swimming pool was also excellent. I would love to come back!

Every aspect was wonderful! Close to everything with car but absolutely private and everyone there is like family. Above and beyond for sure

We stayed at the apartment with our 2 children. The location is great, there are 2 minimarkets right next to it, an ATM, a doctor and in 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The landlords took great care of us and were always available. The small garden where the children can play away from the street in the shade is also great.

We stayed 14 days in the old village of Sykologos and felt completely comfortable. We didn't miss anything, the decor is tasteful and high quality. Shortly after we arrived , Andreas greeted us kindly with fresh bread and pastries. He guided us through his house and showed us around and explained everything. There were delicious,local delicacies in the fridge. We've never had anything like this! We communicated with Andreas from time to time during our stay. He is very attentive and tries to make sure his guests don't miss anything. You have to be aware that you always need a car to get to the beautiful beaches and tavernas. But it's worth it! If you appreciate the peace ,the solitude and the still real Greece with its people and habits, this is the place to be! We will be back!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The neighbors also welcomed us in a very friendly way. The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need. In the morning, we could enjoy our coffee right by the sea, which is just across the street. The nearest larger city is within walking distance. The tavern next door is also very tasty and recommended. Likewise, the small bar opposite, great atmosphere right on the sea. Communication with Katerina was very good. Quick and helpful response. We thank you for a great time and will be happy to come back.

Great place to stay which I highly recommend. We felt at home. We had the beach to ourselves, so to speak. Eftychia was always easily accessible, mega helpful and accommodating. As a welcome gift, she provided us with fresh vegetables, fruits and wine. Everything was perfect.

We had a great stay. The house had wonderful views from the balconies and is perfectly placed with a five-minute walk to the harbour and its tavernas. Our hosts provided all the information we needed in advance and the house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be able to repeat our stay in the future.

We were able to enjoy our 10-day vacation very much thanks to Dimitri's helpful tips and advice. The small apartment had everything for a nice stay. We liked the very quiet surroundings and the proximity to the private beach and garden very much. Dimitris supported us very well in all matters. We were very happy about the gifts we received.

A nice and cozy apartment in Istro. Several taverns and bars are within walking distance. In about 20 minutes you can also reach Voulisma Beach on foot. Manos was easy to reach and also helped immediately with problems. We felt at home. We will be happy to come back!

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

Great apartment, so many restaurants and stores less than a minute away. Beach close by 2 minutes walk

Giannis was such a kind and caring host. He met us outside, saved us a parking spot, and helped get our bags upstairs. He even had the fridge stocked with drinks and fruit. He showed us around the large apartment and gave local recommendations. We highly recommend staying at Giannis’s place.

Eleftheria, Gianni's wife, gave us a lovely warm welcome and gave us lots of useful information about the area on the first day. The flat overlooks the marina and so has a wonderful view. Perfect location, well equipped kitchen and would highly recommend. We had a great time in Agios Nikolaos.

A very good room in a quiet spot at the edge of Hersonissos, clean and equipped for every need. The various little touches make it stand out. Checking in and out is easy and convenient. Our Vangelis was there for every service, kind and pleasant. The treats made us feel welcome and started our stay pleasantly. We would book this room again and recommend it.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are lots of good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, you only need 5 minutes to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until late at night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had a cozy breakfast on the balcony.
