If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

An incredible Airbnb - highly recommended! We stayed here for a week while visiting Mérida, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is wonderfully walkable: close enough to the city center to enjoy everything, but just far enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. For our group, the layout was ideal. The three bedrooms are nicely spread out, giving everyone their own space while still offering great common areas to gather. The photos don’t do justice to just how spacious and sprawling the home really is. We made great use of the pool and kitchen throughout the week. The host was super responsive any time we had a question, and parking was never an issue, even on busy weekend nights. Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I needed this much space again.

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It's super well located, where you feel you will find peace, it's beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's service. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

Nice house, good value for money, very cozy, quite comfortable, a place near the sea with plenty of space for the family, if you are looking for something accessible and comfortable it is a good option

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

Leila's house is a pleasant place to spend a few very relaxing days. The host Roger is very kind and has taken care of every detail of the stay. We loved the space in the backyard. We were delighted and will definitely be back.

Excellent location, the house is like the photos, there is privacy, my family was fascinated, communication with Jorge was good, I would definitely return.

The place is amazing, much better than the ad. Super private and great for a couple's trip. Quiet environment and it's important to bring a car to go downtown and to the beaches.

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent location and the facilities are good

I went with my family and it was just spectacular. The house is spacious, bright and super comfortable, perfect for resting and enjoying together. It has a beautiful ocean view, and hearing the waves at night was magical. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are cool and cozy, and the garden has direct beach access. We spent our days walking on the sand, watching incredible sunsets, and having family dinners outdoors. Definitely a place I want to go back to. Ideal to get away and recharge surrounded by nature and good company.

The house is fantastic for families or friends. It's very close to downtown Progreso but right where the esplanade ends, so it's very quiet and the beach is perfect and uncrowded most of the time. Abisai is very kind and helps with everything you need. We had a great time ☺️👍🏻

Elena was incredibly kind and responsive. If there was a rating above super host Elena would definitely get it. The home is warm and inviting.

Absolutely amazing place to stay for 5 days. My wife and I had the most wonderful time. The surroundings are filled with so much incredible nature. The beach is very secluded, we saw 3 people in 5 days walking along the beach. Highly recommend this place

Heather is very kind, always attentive and even if he lives there, he makes you feel at home and you don't notice he is. Everything was excellent and she lent us her ice maker and helped with other things like giving us a taxi number. The only thing that would improve would be to put soap and shampoo another roll of paper.

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

we love the beach and we were the only ones there every day. very quiet and safe area. you need to have a car to get food because there was no store or restaurants close enough to walk

Gratitude to the hosts for sharing this stunning home with others - it is a slice of paradise and just like the photos. What better holiday can one ask for then to wake up, step outside your doorstep and into the ocean for a swim? Expect privacy as the beach, although public, has very few visitors. Spacious for 3 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook including a drip coffee maker, french press, purified water cooler, some coffee, tea, seasonings, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegars. The lounge area has reclining seats and a large TV with Netflix for late-night binges. Chelem is a quiet fishing village. There are two great breakfast spots within walking distance (Cafe Paris and Las Brujitas) as well as a fancier place for dinner which we never got to try (Mollusk). Progresso is a 15 minute drive away and has a boardwalk, beachfront restaurants and shops. Merida is an easy 45 minute drive for dinner, shopping and culture. I will 100% stay here again!

This is our third trip to Janet's home. The pool is outstanding. We used the outside during most of the trip and spent many hours in the very private pool. The home is generously sized and the host was very responsive and was helpful with a solution when we asked for help twice. Groceries and restaurants were within a few blocks walk. We recommend this place for others and will definitely be back!

I almost hate to write this review for fear that everyone will immediately recognize the beauty of this home and its location and look to book it--which would spoil my future plans to come back!!! In all seriousness, Sylvain's house is a treasure. It is beautiful inside-- I loved the living room kitchen area. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic. And the pool is actually a real pool (not a tiny square box that is dug into the ground and called a pool so that an owner can check the pool box on the listing). The pool is right off of the main living quarters and is spacious with ample deck and chairs to lounge if that is your preference. But the real beauty is the ocean--unbelievably pristine beach, completely secluded, gorgeous waters, just perfect. And the house is right there--on the beach, less than a stone's throw away. It was captivating and beautiful. I do recommend arriving to check in during daylight. It is difficult to find the house at night because there is no light.
