Casa James luxury upstairs apartment

Our modern upstairs apartment was completed january 2018. located 1.1 km from the beach and restaurants and bars and live music. It can accommodate more than 4 persons. Its only 1 bedroom have 72x75 bed with matress and 60x75 sofa bed with aircon.. If 2 person price 1300 per nite If more than 2 person have extra charge 300 per person per nite if big group and more than 4 pax we can accommodate by using sofa bed and with only electric fan and charge 200 per person per nite.. Then you can cook with no extra charge all kitchen facilities are supply with salt and pepper..

Rosal - Large bright room wood floor, 20m to ocean

This duplex style house has beautiful wood floors, local original artwork on the walls and close to the much loved cozy Baha Ba’r restaurant (100% wood and Filipino design). The accommodation is nestled in a lush garden setting 30m from the road (no noise) and only 40 metres from the ocean with a small beach accessed by a sandy path. The ocean has amazing corals and the beach is clean. The unit is a purpose built duplex house divided into two halves: Queen size bed Air-conditioning ceiling fan

The newly upgraded Ipil accommodation unit is situated on the first floor within a small wooded enclave within walking distance of restaurants and bars. On the premises there is a laid back beach resto-bar and a dive centre. Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views.
