Ideal for 1-2 persons, separate entrance, 35 m² fully equipped. Spacious shower, fully equipped open kitchen. The flat is located in the basement of a 2-party house in a very quiet side street, view directly into the garden. Ideal starting point for hiking. Few minutes from the centre, Lichtentaler Allee and the casino. Other attractions (thermal baths and Festspielhaus) are within walking distance, by car only a few minutes.
