This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Sie zeichnet sich außerdem durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Baden-Airpark aus und ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Umgebung bietet außerdem verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Umgeben von Weinbergen, Wald und einem fantastischen Blick ins Badner Rebland. Wir haben ein kleines Weingut das ökologisch arbeitet, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Max hat zu Recht eine Einstufung als „Superhost“! Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich für einiges 6Punkte vergeben - z.B. für die unglaublich schnelle und persönliche Reaktion auf Fragen oder die geschmackvoll gestaltete Wohnung. Sie ist kompakt, es ist aber alles da, was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht (Spül-, Wasch- und Nespressomaschine, Trockner, großes TV-Screen mit Neflix etc.). Die Bushaltestelle ist drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Busse kommen in hoher Frequenz, Tagesticket ist am sinnvollsten). Besonders schön fanden wir den überdachten Außensitzplatz. Fazit: Wir kommen 2-3 mal p.a. nach Baden-Baden. Wir werden unsere Ausflüge nach der Verfügbarkeit dieses Appartements richten! - Das sagt wohl alles.

We stayed just for a few hours because we had an early flight from Baden Baden airport, the apartment is conveniently close to it. A part for this, it is super new and well organized.

Unterkunft war fussläufig ca. 15‘ zum Zentrum. Sehr ruhig und kostenloser Parkplatz. Kleiner Balkon. Trotz 33°C Außentemperatur nicht zu warm auch ohne AC. Für uns kein Problem: Badewannendusche. Sehr gute und proaktive Kommunikation mit Eigentümer.
