Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw

After 8 years on Airbnb, this is my first long review. The window was broken, and due to strong wind I caught a bad flu that I’m still recovering from. The host was very rude. I stayed two nights, and on the last night I asked for the WiFi password—he replied by demanding to know when I was leaving and insisted on checkout by 11 a.m. I had planned everything assuming I could stay until 2 p.m., and politely asked if that was possible. He responded aggressively, threatened to report me to Airbnb, and falsely claimed he let me check in early (I arrived at 3 p.m., on time). I left by 10:30 a.m. regardless. I’ve stayed in many countries through Airbnb and never encountered this level of disrespect. I’m not writing this to hurt his business, but to encourage a little more politeness and professionalism in how guests are treated.

The location was excellent, close to the city centre, and it was easy to walk home from everywhere. Nice apartment, and fits 5 as it says

Lovely and quiet location. Very close to the main train station. About a 30 minute walk to the Brussels city centre. Pictures do not describe how nice the apartment is. Very much recommended.

Adele and Anthony were really responsive and friendly. It was a great apartment to spend three days in. Would recommend it.

We stayed at Steven and Natalie’s place while we were visiting friends in nearby Malderen. The place was very nice and clean and they were very responsive to any/all questions. We can very much recommend their place.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family’s long weekend in Brussels. Géraldine was a wonderful host and gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. (Holy Bagels is a must-do!!) Would definitely recommend staying here while in Brussels!

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The house is a spacious three-story building with steep stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns. You have to pass through the owner’s home to get to the rental, which was no problem for us. The place was very clean and well-maintained, everything was in great condition. On the first day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The house is perfectly equipped for families with young children — there were many baby-friendly items like a crib, high chair, and plenty of toys. It truly felt adapted for babies and ideal for families. The neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently located, with everything close by.

The house was very elegant and well-appointed, with lovely historic details as well as modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular were beautifully-done, with excellent features like a large tub and shower stall. The hosts were very welcoming and left plenty of information about the house, the neighbourhood, and various things to do in the city. It does have a lot of narrow stairs - if you have any mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, it could be an issue, but it is a historic home with many original features still intact, so it adds to the flavour. The neighbourhood was lively, if a bit noisy at times, and there were many good restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, so it wasn't too difficult to get around. I also have to put in a good word for the hosts, who were extremely helpful when I had a question about where to find a drugstore after 8pm, when most local places were already closed. Thank you!

What a recommendation!!! Our stay with Marie was fantastic! The house is beautifully decorated and has a nice garden making you feel like you are quietly secluded. The house is ideal for a group of friends, with spacious, open rooms. Communication with Marie went very smoothly. Already during the preparations for our weekend, Marie helped think about fun activities nearby. She also responded to our questions about certain practical matters during the weekend. We'd love to come back! Thank you Marie!!!

Our stay was super nice in this great accommodation. The house is equipped with everything you need. You don't miss anything. The location is also perfect. Maryam is a very accommodating host who took excellent care of us. I would recommend this place to you.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Chiraz's house! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the lockbox and very clear explanations. The house was spotless, spacious and equipped like the best guest houses: nothing was missing. And most importantly, a big thank you to Shiraz for her delicate attention — without us even having to ask for it, she had already set up a crib, which made our lives so much easier. A thoughtful, organized host who cares about the comfort of her guests. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

This a very large 1 bedroom apartment centrally located to the city center. It was very quiet and we loved our stay here. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Brussels.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Lieve's place during the past few months because of the exceptional accommodations, location, and excellent hospitality. Lieve's Airbnb continues to be one of the best, if not THE best, place we have stayed at in many years at Airbnbs. The place is immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and all the great places you may want to see. Best of all, you will experience Lieve's warm hospitality. During both stays, she greeted us upon our arrival with a warm smile and a box of excellent Belgian chocolate, which we enjoyed immensely. She provided complete instructions for everything in the apartment. She was responsive to any requests we had during our stay. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station for our departure. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this Airbnb in Brussels. We are already planning on returning and staying at Lieve's place.

Great stay and have a nice host! Upon arrival, we unfortunately saw that the gas had been shut off throughout the building due to a leak, something the host could not do anything about, of course. The host had also seen this and proactively offered to bring an electric hob as a replacement. We had a very nice stay at this location!

Location just "perfect"!!!! We were able to do everything on foot. Great restaurant nearby. Lively neighborhood! Very nice apartment on three levels. Very nice. Comfortable bedding.

A great apartment right in the center of Brussels! Simon met us to hand over the keys, he was very nice and welcoming and showed us around the apartment. We kept in touch and he recommended some places to get chocolates and Belgian waffles. The apartment was fantastic and clean, we would definitely stay here again! We also highly recommend brunch at Woodpecker right next door.

Chosen for its location, close to the center of Mechelen and the train station, making Antwerp, Brussels and Leuven very easy to reach. Apartment is spacious, including parking garage and partly covered terrace. Washer, dryer, spacious bathroom, everything you might need. We can highly recommend this.
