In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Caroline's Loft. Our favourite Airbnb ever. So beautifully designed. Loved the loft bedroom, gorgeous bathroom and wood. We felt so at home. Caroline went above and beyond for us with recommendations, guidance and advice, and accommodated all our needs for check in and out. We are so grateful. The bikes are also a huge bonus - they made it so easy to explore the gorgeous city of Ghent.

We had a working retreat in Jutta's house with colleagues and it was perfect for that: four gode, quiet rooms, a large table to work on, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and a garden with tables for outdoor dining and relaxing. That everything was within walking distance of restaurants and bars in the center of Mechelen and that there were bicycles available for quick messages was an extra asset! Jutta was also very friendly and correct and made sure that we could make an arrangement to keep working during the day (after check-out time). We'd love to come back next time!

The whole family loved our stay at Jean-Philippe's place! Would definitely stay there again if we have the chance. The house was huge, very well appointed and accurately described. Location was good, fairly easy walk to the city center or EU with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Jean-Philippe was very accommodating, responsive and helpful, and his pets were the icing on the cake- Nala was the sweetest dog ever!
