Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The best stay in Goa. We stayed for a week and this beautiful place by Saurabh became our second home and we felt bad leaving it. There was car parking easily available and the location was perfect. Just walking distance (5mns) from the beach which is clean and secluded. The studio apartment itself was very cozy. The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the bedroom window gave out a perfect view of the trees. Instead of the balcony, we ended up sitting near the window and enjoying the view along with the perfectly working AC. The kitchenette was also perfect for us, where we ended up cooking all our breakfasts. The bathroom was very spacious and the tub is one of those rare ones which you actually use and enjoy. Hot water was available all the time. A must must stay near Morjim! The windows gave a perfect view of the world and privacy from the same

I had a wonderful stay at Sumedha’s Airbnb in Siolim. The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. My friends and I stayed here for 4 days and it was such a great stay. Ashok Bhaya was helpful and sweet and the house help came everyday to clean up. The AC was chill and the pillows were soft.Had an absolutely smooth time there and would definitely recommend the place again and again to everyone!

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Great place, great host. It’s just that the place is a bit far from the tourist spots. But other than that it is a good deal.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

we came with family of 12 . Praful was very responsive always helpful and professional in our 3 days stay, breakfast was amazing. we cooked for few meals as couple of our family members were ill due to outside food we had. One day maid helped in cooking dal and rice which was extremely helpful. overall very peaceful place to stay with family with very close to main road , restaurants. thanks again Praful and their staff for maintaining the property so well.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast served every morning was amazing...fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and calm, and made our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely revisit in the future.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spot on and the location is also pretty good. As for the host, I can’t write enough praises man. Such a proactive host. Gave us great recommendations. Kept on checking in on us. Made sure we didn’t face any inconvenience whatsoever. I have been at so many airbnbs and have never met a more gracious and involved host (in a good way ofc😂).
