Townhome vacation rentals in Sinchang-myeon

Location was really near exit 6 and was really convenient to get around. The apartment was also a really clean too. Host was friendly and responsive as well!

It was a lovely place. Few minminutes from Seokchon gobun station. Host was always nice and responsive.

2번째 방문입니다. 정말 친절하시고, 도자기 체험에, 바베큐까지 만족스러웠습니다. 가성비 또한 뛰어나고 숙소가 항시 갈 때마다 깔끔해서 좋아요. 정감있는 도자기들이 분위기또한 좋구요 만족스러운 인생숙소입니다!!

잘다녀갑니다^^ 여성전용숙소에 호스트님도 여성분이셔서 마음이편했어요. 보일러온도 체크도햐주시구..그날따라 날씨는 겁나추웠었거든요... 일찍 체크인이 가능하다고 먼저 알려주셔가지구 짐보관하고 찾느라 같은장소돌아가기일수였는데 호스트님 배려덕분에 즐거운여행하고 다녀갑니다.

David and his family were amazing hosts. I didn't expect their son, (Eugene) or Yoo Jin (sorry if I spell your name wrong) to drop me off and pick me up at the Icheon Ceramic Park daily, it was very thoughtful and kind of them. It was also very nice to be able to try wheel throw a few tea bowls with Hean Sook. I had a lot of fun, meeting so many kind people during my month long hiatus from life. I hope to visit them again someday.

David was great with responding to my many questions. My friends and I stayed in 3 of the rooms. Each room has a sink, hot plate, mini fridge, and private bathroom. It was easy to get to David’s house, I used Waze to get there with no issues. David’s place was about 30 minutes from Jisan ski resort. I definitely recommend!

I stayed at this accommodation years ago and was happy to see it was still around. The host was super communicative and proactive especially when there were hiccups. Very clear instructions on where everything should go and the place is generally maintained well. It’s just a few minutes from the station which made it really easy to go from the venue and back for my event, especially if I needed to drop off bags or pick up something I forgot to bring. Clean and comfortable room and bed, and the accommodation feels pretty complete. Would book again, thank you!

쉼이 필요해서 찾은 곳인데 아무것도 하지 않아도 괜찮았던 힐링의 시간이었습니다..🌿 호스트님의 따뜻함이 생각나서 또 찾고싶은 저만의 공간이 생긴 느낌입니다 이렇게 좋은 공간을 공유해주셔서 정말 감사합니다

房间很干净，房东消息回复很及时很友善，下地铁应该会走个15min

The property is situated on top of a hill so the surrounding was quaint and peaceful. The house itself is spacious, hosting an endless amount of amenities, large bathrooms, and the heated floors were a surprise bonus for the chillier mornings and evenings. My family and I had a great time and we’d rebook again for any trips to Anseong.

에어앤비에 최적화된 숙소라 생각합니다 집이란 공간에서 확인될 수 있는 다른 사람이 가진 삶의 모습을 볼 수 있는 곳입니다 단순한 숙소가 아닌 호스트의 취향이 곳곳의 숙소에 있습니다 여쭙지 못했지만 숙소 내 그림은 직접 그리신거 아닌가 싶긴하네요

웨딩촬영 전 잠깐 머문 숙소지만 띠뜻하고 편하게 잘 지냈다가요~

넷플릭스, 유투브, X box, 안마기, 커피머신 없는게 없습니다 격리과정에서도 시간가는줄 모르고 너무 잘 지내고 왔습니다 특히 호스트님이 직접해주신 바베큐, 홍어애, 문어 숙회 잊지 못할겁니다

호스트 님이 너무 친절하시고 체크아웃 시간때도 불편한점 없었는지 피드백 할건 없는지 물어보시고 문 밖 까지 나와서 인사해주셔서 너무 고마웠습니다 무엇보다 역 바로 앞이라서 접근성이 너무 좋아요 다음에 또 올게요!

Absolutely loved the neighborhood this stay is in! We loved walking down the flower path back home every night, lined with locals enjoying their evening. It’s about 15 mins from the Hongik train station, which is central to most places. There were small unique touches, including the map of Yeonnam that made our experience even better. The bed was comfy, and they had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a spot with unique design, close to cute, local cafes and restaurants.

10명이서 방문했어요 매번 친구들끼리 풋살장 있는 펜션을 찾아 가평 홍천 등 가다가 우연히 알게되어 와봤는데 10명이 잘 수 있게 퀸사이즈 매트릭스 3개 퀸 침대 하나 그리고 또 여분 퀸사이즈 토퍼같은게 있고 쇼파도 있어서 10명이 잘 잤습니다 쇼파까지 하면 11명까지도 자겠네요 ! 사장님도 친절하셔서 bbq도 잘 해먹었구요 2층 넓고 좋네요 !! 다음에 또 올게요~!

As with most of the reviews, Rosy is a lovely, kind, and friendly person who made all parts of the stay enjoyable. The place is comfortable. There was good space for all 5 of us. Rosy's place is a wonderful break from sterile hotels and she adds a personal touch. She respected our privacy. We will go back during our next stay in Seoul!!

진짜 너무 만족스러웠습니다 넓고 깔끔한데다가 가격도 합리적이고 친절하시고 ㅎㅎ 하루 힐링하고 왔네요 다음에도 근처 여행하게 되면 재방문할 예정입니다

Is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view of the river. Had an amazing park for the kids a short walk away.
