Geográficamente muy céntrico en Mazatlán con Vías de entrada y salida muy rápidas; La Munich o Juan Pablo segundo y la México 15 o Luis Donaldo Colosio facilitando su localización y acceso y movilización, se encuentra cerca de centros comerciales y distintos atractivos muy cercanos en coche prácticamente a 10/15 minutos máximo de ello La casa se encuentra en una pequeña privada llamada Verandas II, aún se encuentra en desarrollo parte del complejo, pero todo esta funcionando perfectamente.
