my family and i loved the house, we enjoyed the stay. the communication with Ross was amazing , always responded fast and cared for our stay.

Buen ambiente, sin ruidos, tranquilidad absoluta.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje. Limpieza y cuarto muy cómodo. Cuenta con todos los servicios Atención personal excelente! Punto a comentar, la casa está ubicada en una calle con gran pendiente, por lo que podría no ser accesible para alguien minusválido o que no le guste caminar si es que no pueden llegar vía vehículo. Yo si la recomiendo por contar con todas las comodidades de una casa bien equipada.

Excelente lugar, la casa es preciosa, las habitaciones son hermosas, hay mucha tranquilidad, los anfitriones son excelentes personas, todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de nosotras, nos recibieron con cafecito y muy amables. Recomiendo ampliamente para hospedarse, descansar y conocer Alamos. Excelente servicio.

Me la pase muy a gusto durante un fin de semana, muy limpio y cómodo; cuenta con lo esencial de una estancia: baño, cama y refrigeración. Betty y su hija Samantha te hace sentir para de su familia, es muy fácil llevar a cabo conversaciones placenteras con ellas hasta sus riquísimos desayunos y no se diga el café. Además, te dan recomendaciones de los puntos típicos (locales) de la ciudad para ir a conocer y/o comer; y te puede echar la mano y llevarte a esos lugares. English/Inglés It’s the perfect getaway business or pleasure. I had a great time during the weekend, very clean and comfortable; has the essentials of a perfect stay: shower, bedroom and a/c. Betty and her daughter Samantha makes you feel part of their family, it is very easy to carry out wonderful conversations with them, not to mention there delicious breakfasts and gourmet coffee. They perfectly know the city very well and could guide you to well-known (local) spots and/or eateries; and give you a ride to those places.

Desde el recibimiento todo súper bien, muy lindos todos los que trabajan ahí, hay velador en la noche y esta súper bien por la seguridad, y mucha privacidad

Nos encantó el lugar, sin duda alguna volveríamos a rentar con Fer, el lugar es perfecto, está súper cerca de todo lo bueno y muy práctico, ellas se portaron super y fue todo muy cómodo

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Serena Vista. Diane and her staff were unfailingly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is BEAUTIFUL - the photos on Airbnb don't do it justice. It is centrally located and if you like to walk there are beautiful stone staircases down to the centro, restaurants, etc. We were very grateful that we were able to bring our two dogs as well. All in all one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had - probably THE best, actually. Gracias Diane, Sylvia, Rigo, Steve, Idalia and Kenya, and please forgive spelling mistakes!

Excelente Ubicación muy céntrica. con una vista hermosa. Muy amables todo, los cuartos son hermosos, la piscina muy agusto y el desayuno exquisito. Sin duda volvería a venir a este lugar, muy recomendado.

Diane and her professionally trained staff were superb in everyway. The entire staff makes you feel like family and ALWAYS going the extra effort to make your visit feel like home; warm, inviting and spectacular, just like the incredible fantastic romantic views overlooking the Colonial Town off Alamos. !! They deserve the highest Five Star Super Host Award and we look forward to telling all our friends in San Carlos to come visit Casa Serena Vista Resort for a relaxing and memorable retreat. We are already planning toreturn the first part of the new year and look forward to visiting with Diane and her staff. Es un excelente lugar para su estancia en mazatlan, accesible al centro, al malecón y a muchos restaurantes cercas, el lugar está impecable, super limpio, el anfitrión Conor; un gran sujeto, muy atento y amigable, siempre al pendiente de cualquier situación. lugar super recomendado.
