This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

El condominio es muy seguro y cuenta con amplios espacios en todas sus áreas, ubicado justo frente a la playa, sobre el malecón (lugar donde se realiza el icónico carnaval); Al estar ubicado en un nivel Quince, se puede disfrutar de una hermosa vista y de los hermosos atardeceres que junto a las 3 islas nos brindan una experiencia inolvidable. La Playa ubicada al frente cuenta con palapas con variedad de mariscos, pescados y otras especialidades locales, así como refrescantes bebidas.

The apartment is located in a first flor with no elevator access, the street where the apartment is located is small and very quiet most of the day. If you walk for 5 minutes you will arrive to the beach, Olas Altas.

One bedroom apartment, recently renovated with a very comfortable King size bed. The living space has a 55 inch flat screen, a kitchen and refrigerator. Our apartments are spacious, comfortably furnished with large windows. Stay cool with A/C and wind-down in our luuna mattresses. Each apartment is equipped with its own internet access point for good and speedy connection.

La ubicación del departamento es excelente, caminando puedes ir a la Machado, Centro, Catedral,Cerro de la Neveria,OlasAltas,Paseo delCentenario,Clavadista yel Faro;la playa de enfrente es perfecta para nadar y caminar por la arena. También puedes rentar bicicletas y pasear por la ciclovía que está justo frente al departamento, y que atraviesa todo el malecón.
