Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Cozy 40's apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's canopies. Two balconies of which a large thriving terrace with no view in a sunny south facing position. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms as well as a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells you about travel in all parts of the world. Small fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Do you like old houses with preserved details,so welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. wifi and cromecast available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit. Seaside house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No transparency inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spa nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

A place for relaxation in the gardens with hammocks and for activities with badminton, etc. Direct proximity to nature, attractions and the beach 5 km away. At the same distance, Kivik, Haväng, St Olof, Brösarp. Stenshuvud, Rörum, Knäbäckshusen a 15 min drive. Beach chairs, parasols, rackets, grill etc. are available.

Newly built bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house, it is enclosed with a fence. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we have built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a small basic range in the pantry. You will also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's opening days.

Rent Lilla Skolsalen, a studio apartment with about 4 meters in ceiling height where old meets new and modern. The accommodation includes everything you might need during your stay such as a fully-equipped kitchen, a fresh bathroom with shower & WC and a double bed. Access to several patios including direct exit to the back with its own terrace and garden area.
