Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Svinahuset 3

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Svinahuset consists of four separate, completely newly-built apartments with one room and a fully-equipped kitchenette as well as toilet and shower. As late as the 1980s, John Jacob used this part of the farm as a pigsty and at most housed about 60 pigs here. Since then, the space has been rebuilt in different stages. In 2023 and 2024, this entire part was rebuilt into four modern one-room apartments with their own small terrace overlooking the landscape around the farm.

Small and simple, but quite cozy apartment:) Stay here if the location in the middle of town suits you, walk down to the beach and spend the day there, eat ice cream in the harbor, enjoy wood-fired pizza and wine at Gårdens and then hike home in the summer evening. Or explore the entire coastline up towards Kivik and Haväng or down towards Baskemölla Skillinge and Sandhammaren. There are armchairs to curl up in, Marshall speakers to enjoy music, private Wi-Fi. And a double bed with comfortable pillows and duvets.

Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Det är cykelavstånd in till Simrishamn och till stränder.

The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
