Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Altbau, der im Jahre 2022 komplett kernsaniert wurde. Die Wohneinheit ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich gibt es keine Tür. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze. Die Dusche verfügt über eine eingebaute Dampfsauna. Der Kaminofen kann gerne genutzt werden. Die Lage des Apartments ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren in den Nationalpark Eifel, das Rurtal oder das Hohe Venn.

Right in the heart of the Eifel National Park, right on Lake Rursee. Hiking on the Eifelsteig or on Lake Rursee, Vogelsang, Rurse shipping, e-bike rent, visit museums and historic cities such as Monschau. After a short walk to get the fresh rolls by the lake, a fresh coffee will always follow for us on the sun-drenched terrace overlooking the forest and considerations for the next exploration. In the evening, good restaurants near walking distance offer a great end to the day.

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

The apartment has a separate entrance that has an external staircase. In the apartment is a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer). A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe are available. On the balcony, a small seating area invites you to enjoy breakfast or a cold drink. Parking is available right in front of the main entrance.

Our 60 sqm apartment, newly renovated in 2023, directly on the Eifelsteig can accommodate up to three people. The apartment is located in beautiful and quiet Dedenborn, in the middle between Lake Rursee, Vogelsang Castle and Monschau. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Bed linen and towels are also included. Pets are welcome by arrangement. There is an additional charge for this.
