Miguel's place is wonderful. This is our second time staying here because of how great it is. Super clean, lots of amenities and small touches that make all the difference. Beautiful gardens/pathway. Easy to check-in and check-out. Literally perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. We left early and returned late and never felt we were imposing. Hardly heard our hosts. We appreciated the reserved parking space off the street. Plenty of towels. We were there to help our oldest son and his family celebrate 8th grade and 12th grade graduations and it proved a peaceful retreat about 10 minutes from their place. Perfect. The full kitchen allowed us to do some preparations and do some storage of food dishes for a grad party for 60 people when our son's refrigerator would hold no more. Again, perfect. great price point, beautiful views of the rocky peak area mountains, East side of Simi valley. Plenty of wildlife to sit and observe, peacocks here and there, pretty cool! accommodations are excellent, nice bedroom, separate TV room, full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Everything you need, even washer/dryer. highly recommend
