Monthly Rentals in Simantra

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable. The location was great, and we felt very much at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay! Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Nice stay if you want a quite place close to the airport, less than a 20 minutes drive.

The place was exactly as pictured. The flexible self check-in was also very easy to implement. In the accommodation itself, nothing was missing, everything that was mentioned in the description was also found there. Overall, I highly recommend it, because I would book it again if I had the chance. :-)
