This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

This historic home sits on 20+ acres of fields, gardens, & surrounded by forest. The farm also provides land for Langley Community Gardens, chickens, cows, & a field of blooming dahlia's & farm flowers through summer. Step back in time & enjoy this peaceful mini farm experience. We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the heart of Skagit Valley. Our quaint downtown is a quick 10 minute walk. Less than 20 minutes away by auto you can visit Edison, La Conner, and the Salish sea. Many shops, trails, events and foodie fare are in our Guest Guide please have a look as we were thinking of you when we complied all our favorites places. We are happy to share our patio and garden with our guests.
