A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

Close by are supermarket, market hall, specialty shops, harbor baths, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. Distance to old Aarhus is a lovely walk 15 minutes or 2 stops by bus.
