Nice house with a lake view!

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with large terrace and views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot, path up to the electric light trail directly from the house for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. Please treat the house with respect! :)

Hästbergs gate cottage is a villa (160m2) from 1910. Large kitchen, living room. Garden. Close to Lugnet (5-8 min prom) so ideal for workout weekend. At Lugnet there is also new swimming house with relaxation. Perfect even as a cultural weekend with a visit to the Carl Larsson farm or the World Heritage site of Falu Gruva. The accommodation has three bedrooms (90 bedx2, 90 bedx2, sofa bed 120cm+140 bed). The cats Motta and Maldini live here. They are usually outside or take up a place in the sofa. Host or guest give the cats food according to increase. Warm welcome!

We would like you to be a larger group that wants to rent our house. It's a big two-story house. Spacious kitchen with room for everyone. Four bedrooms with double beds and also a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms, as well as a double sofa bed in the TV room. Two bathrooms with shower. Bed space for 12 and inflatable mattresses if you are more. Large farm and close to the city center. Bed linen and towels and wifi are included. Dogs welcome. Unfortunately, we do not rent out longer periods and mostly over weekends or holidays.

Close to Falu copper mine. Restaurants and cafes in close distance. All amenities are available, including electric car chargers. Stay quiet and central! A cleaning fee of SEK 500 can be added, or clean yourself before departure. Bed sheets and towels can be rented for 150kr/person. We love to come up with local tips!

Below the house, there is a nice hiking trail at Dalälven. If you want to go to a cozy cafe, Gammelgården is a stone's throw from the house.

Three generations settled in Mikaela's large houses with generously increased surfaces in both kitchen and living room and bedroom. A beautiful, welcoming and personally decorated home that felt like “ours” during the week we were there. Mikaela is nice, happy, generous and helpful - everything to be expected of a super hoastess. Highly recommended

Highly recommended! A place that will offer many beautiful evening views and sunsets. The house is clean and fresh and is also perfectly located for excursions to surrounding villages, swimming areas or nearby summerland. Johannes and Stina were both responsive and super easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Can't wait to go back already!
