Vacation rentals with lake access in Silesian Voivodeship

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

Very nice cottage. Clean and cozy interiors, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable rooms. In addition, a beautiful view from the terrace and the possibility of using amenities such as a grill or a fire pit. Highly recommend this place ☺️

Peace, well-equipped home, kitchens, rooms. Some of the comforts we haven't met anywhere so far. Practical decor and furnishings. Backyard, Recreation, BBQ, Gazebo. In the rooms kitchens, annexes, for each room. Ewenement.

The house is surrounded by greenery a long distance from other buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ grill and atmospheric fire pit. A place to recommend! Best regards.

A great place to relax and unwind with the sounds of nature and the sounds of vinyl records. Adam is a passionate, friendly, and helpful host. The atmosphere of this place makes you feel not like you are in guests, but like old, good friends.

No doubt this was one the best places me and my family have ever stayed. Not only do they offer a delicious breakfast but they also give us good information for our holiday. The house is located in a beautiful place as well.

Highly recommend this location, neighbourhood is beautiful and a variety of supermarkets are within walking distance of the home. The location is accessible with bus links into the centre of Katowice. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well equipped for all cooking needs. Communication with Patryk was simple and responsive, he provided some recommendations for things to do in the area which was very helpful. Would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

The place actually looks even better than in the photos. The kitchen is more modern and even has a dishwasher. It was quiet, clean, and very cozy — we would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a very nice stay. The hosts were super nice and arranged everything very easily for us. The beautiful Christmas decorations of course also stood out for the holidays. In winter, it would still make sense to set up radiant heaters (heaters) in the winter garden (behind the tarpaulin)! Still highly recommended - Thank you both ☺️

We spent a week in this cozy cottage, and the host was very hospitable and attentive. We really enjoyed the cozy terrace balcony, where we spent a lot of time. It was amazing to watch movies in the evening on the huge projector screen, just like in a cinema, but in our own private one. The sound quality was also excellent. We also used the fireplace, which added to the cozy atmosphere. On the downside, some things in the house need updating, as the photos in the listing were taken a long time ago.

It is a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle of the city, above the backwaters of Warta in front of the reservoir in Poraju. Contacting the owners is great, you can arrange a convenient arrival time. It is a detached cottage, we were in it in November - before the accommodation it was horny in the fireplace, so that the inside was already warm and you could feel the homey atmosphere. The whole house is made of wood. Perfect for a holiday stay of a larger group of people. Upstairs, there is a larger room with 4 beds (4x single or 2x double beds), and two smaller rooms with 2 beds (2x single or 1x double), additionally there is a couch and a corner in the conservatory, and a corner in the living room). The best access from the south via Konwaliowa Street (especially after dark). Surrounded by forest areas, fields - for walking. Extremely atmospheric conservatory - it was well heated by electric heaters present in the room at an outdoor temperature of about 2-3 degrees C. Electric heaters in the entire cottage are enough to heat the rooms when the fireplace is not burning.

If you are looking for an idyllic and quiet holiday, this is the place to be. In general, I think this place is an insider tip. Not crowded , cheap and very clean. The house is at ground level and therefore ideally suited for the elderly or people with disabilities. It is also ideal for people with dogs, the property is completely fenced and with direct access to walk to the lake. We felt very comfortable and thank Alexander. Thank you and see you next time.
