The house is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and birch trees, located 10 minutes on foot, a forest road from the picturesque serpentines of the Warta River. With a fireplace, fire pit, and 4 parking spots (last 100m of commute necessary in winter). Parasantly, mountain bikes,water sports-the food next door.

Macin is a great person, we had minor issue and Marcin did his best to solve it as soon as possible. Great location, easy to reach various places by foot.

We had a wonderful time staying in Ryszard’s apartment. We loved how it was decorated and it was very clean. Ryszard was very kind to us as well and he had some good recommendations for things to do in the local area.

If I could, I'd give twice as many stars. We felt very comfortable, everything was very clean and within minutes you are at the beach. The associated restaurant is recommended. We had dinner there in the evening and there was breakfast in the morning. The staff, as well as the landlady, are very friendly. We will definitely be back. 🤗🥰

The kitchen features modern appliances including a double-door refrigerator and an integrated cooktop. A large island countertop with a wooden surface offers ample preparation space. The room is illuminated by a sparkling chandelier, and large windows provide views of the lush garden outside.

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

We felt very comfortable like at home with a mega beautiful view of the water! Great equipped house with feel-good factor. Were here with two small children and highly recommend it. Breakfast the next morning, which was included, blew us away so delicious from sweet pastries to delicious scrambled eggs !!!!

3 min drive from the airport. super convenient, amazing location. self check-in and clear instructions cozy little chalet style condos. the breakfast buffet is included in the price of the room and i must say that it was absolutely delicious. worth every penny. i will definitely be back. 100% recommend
