The house was extremely clean, all the details were thought out and everything was equipped with automatic systems, such as pool heating, lighting, etc. We felt like we were in our own home. We didn't have to ask the host a lot of questions because everything was clear, but he was very helpful by responding immediately when we needed it. We would definitely like to come back again.

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

It was one of my favorite places I have been so far!! The place so nice and comfortable and cozy The villa amazing the view unbelievable the most nice thing to drink morning coffee with this view !! It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

The location is easy to find, the hosts are very caring, the house is very clean as described. We were 5 girls and we were very comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

For our whole stay, we were entranced by the view from Saim's apartment. From the balcony or the sunny living room, you have a great view of the Bosphorus and all the boats coming and going. I cannot say enough about how this enhanced our stay. When we had a small problem, Saim was quick to send a repair person. He also gave recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very close to public transportation, though it is more than 200 steps up from the main street where the trams, buses and ferries are. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would certainly want to stay at Saim's place again.

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

Mr. Serkan is a communicative and very helpful host. During our stay, she offered her help and suggestions for every need. The house was a beautifully planned house that made it feel like home, as seen in the photos. The garden is tastefully designed and we especially enjoyed the swing. Especially among the beautiful greenery that will appeal to people who love nature and has a beautiful view. It was a relaxing and relaxing holiday. We were very satisfied. We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

We very much enjoyed the authentic neighborhood, away from the Istanbul tourist madness, and felt comfortable in the house. Merve is super nice and like Ozkan absolutely uncomplicated.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring, welcoming host. Whenever we asked a question, we got an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

We had the most wonderful time in Dehan‘s place. Fantastic view and good location to explore the city. The Tünel station is on your doorstep. Only disadvantage is the 5 stories staircase and no lift. Area also up on hill, not far from Galata Tour. You have to be pretty fit. But worth the effort. Most enjoyable if you are interested in getting to know the city Istanbul!

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.
