In Agva, you will be filled with peace by the river, surrounded by greenery, with unique river and nature views. Whether you're sipping your coffee against the river and forest views at our pier, or enjoy a hot jacuzzi with a view. The fireplace (Kuzine) will add color to the winter months. Our 1+1 bungalow, all of a separate 1300 m2 area, is located in Isaköy, 5 minutes from the center of Ağva, surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and safe location, surrounded, sheltered. My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Welcome to our cozy stone-and-wood cabin by the creek in the heart of Şile! Just a 15-minute walk to Ayazma Beach, this peaceful riverside home offers a truly relaxing escape. Wake up to the sound of birds in the morning and enjoy your coffee with a view of the river. In the garden, you can light a fire or barbecue under the stars. You might even spot turtles in the stream — feel free to feed them or try your luck at fishing. The boat in front of the house is available for rent.

I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
