The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed by Mustafa and were always able to contact him with our questions. The beach is just around the corner and restaurants are within walking distance and can be reached by car. The house was adequately equipped and we had a good time there.

We stayed here for a little over a week. The landscape is gorgeous, peaceful and serene. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, especially the living room and dining room. The beds are big and comfortable, and the heating and cooling works great. Zafer was a great host and answered any questions I had, and worked hard to fix any issues. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area, too. Thank you Zafer!

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The host was incredibly friendly and very responsible—she responded to all our questions quickly and did her best to help us throughout our stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures—actually, even nicer in reality. The sea view was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed the setting and the amenities.

The location and views of the house are truly amazing. The house was very clean and attentive. The host was very caring. It provides a solution for any of your problems within 5 minutes. You can have a fire in the garden. You can come with 4 friends and stay comfortably. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in the summer. You can choose with your eyes closed. We are very satisfied.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

We had amazing time here. It was exactly as described. We loved the terrace. We loved the neighbourhood. We liked watching the men fishing and the boats on the golden horn. The apartment is next to a tram station which is short distance to the Hagia Sophia etc. The local restaurants are also very close and good quality. I highly recommend staying here.

It was our first time in Istanbul and we absolutely loved it. This apartment's view of the Bosphorus bridge and sea is just breathtaking and brings the city into the apartment. It's also really close to the bus stops so getting to the rest of the city is really easy. A five minute walk will take you to the sea front in Ortakoy with many restaurants, shops, markets and beautiful views. The amenities are great, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. Air con in the rooms was also handy for the hotter days. We had a few queries and questions during our stay and Berk was really responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!
