Large apartment close to centro. Lage grocery store (Mega) and laundry service are a few minute walk. Fruit market and Oxxo are steps away. Many street food vendors are also steps away. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs. The apartment is large and has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a large cooktop & oven (gas), large refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Weekly cleanings were offered for a small fee. The living room gets full sun in the morning and does not have any shade/window coverings. Window shades would be nice to block the sun, but is not a deal breaker. The apartment has an on demand water heater, providing unlimited hot water. A nice feature. A large roof top deck is off one of the bedrooms which is shaded from late afternoon until sunset. The host provided a ride to and from the airport for a small fee which made check in and check out a breeze. Also, the host speaks very good English.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go running in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any needs I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

I really enjoyed my short stay in Leondres. The location is perfect, close to everything, and you can safely leave your car inside the property. 5 stars, excellent service!!!!

We stayed in Juanjo's house for a weekend (Saturday to Monday) and the truth the house is beautiful and very large. It is a place very close to the airport and is approx. 40 minutes from the important cities of Gto. (Leon, Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, etc.) ideal for those who travel by car or rent a car on their vacation. The house was very clean when we arrived and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful, I would have loved to have more time to spend some time there. Juanjo and his brother Juan Pablo were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zare's house. From day one, communication was clear and responsible. The house is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which allowed us to rest peacefully, and at all times we felt safe. The house is huge! It has everything you need to make a roast meat/BBQ, and although it was not the main reason for our trip, the pool was the best with the intense heat of the Bajío. As it is a house in the countryside, it is normal to find insects such as ants or mosquitoes, but nothing that has bothered us — it is part of being in nature! The lady who greeted us with the keys and helped us at the end was super friendly. We'd definitely come back.

We were looking for a place to stay in Silao so as not to be a burden to relatives and were traveling by car and toddler. You can walk to the center without any problems and feel safe. The apartment was clean, pleasantly cool and spacious, we were also able to park our rental car well and protected directly in the driveway. The kitchen has everything we needed. Glad to come back!

Alejandra's house is excellent. My wife and I had a great time, it was very nice to rest there. Totally recommended for a couple, with or without pets.

The house is great in all aspects, it has appliances and kitchen utensils at your disposal, the patio is a very comfortable rest area, the rooms are very comfortable, the beds too. All the appliances worked very well, the TV even had Netflix They left us towels and some cookies upon our arrival. We loved it, super recommended!
