La maison est constituée d'une salle de séjour, une chambre (un lit 2 places), un bureau et une salle de douche. Le charme de la maison repose essentiellement sur sa terrasse qui surplombe la Médina, lieu unique où vous pourrez contempler le coucher du soleil autour d'un bon repas ou d'un verre.

Récemment restauré, Le Makhzen-loft est un appartement aménagé dans les anciennes écuries de notre demeure située au coeur de la médina de Tunis. Il est situé au rez de chaussée de notre maison familiale. Indépendant, spacieux, confortable, il a été aménagé dans un style épuré et dépouillé, où voûtes croisées, arches et colonnes du XIVè siècle lui confèrent un côté majestueux. il est équipé d'un coin cuisine, salon, espace de travail et salle de bain.
