Large living room with fireplace and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 showers

Room area 17.5 m3 The modern house is located right next to the Gauja National Park, a 15-minute walk from a beautiful view of the Gauja River valley. The center of Sigulda and the station are 1.7 km away, and the Sigulda castle is a 10-minute walk through the forest. A miniature dachshund and 2 parrots live in the house; they are hypoallergenic and will not disturb you in your room. We are happy to accept you with pets, excluding cats. The owner and her adult son will live in the house.
