Had a lovely weekend with our daughters of 5 and 2. Nice accommodation and a lovely garden for the children to play in. There are plenty of seats, etc. In the garden. Friendly owners.

Beautiful sunny terrace, hot water pool, in the cottage, everything was impeccably clean, the family always ready to listen, impeccable organization and communication. Attentive hosts and very welcoming! A beautiful setting in the middle of the countryside. Very quiet and cozy atmosphere. A perfect change of scenery. Rental and equipment are as described. Jaccuzi at the best! Perfect cottage to enjoy as a couple and rest! A hearty and delicious breakfast to close the stay! I recommend it!

Serge is a kind, helpful and genial host. The apartment was just as described, with a lovely quiet garden for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to centre of Dinant and there is an electric scooter pick up at the apartment. If we return to Dinant, we would have no hesitation going back to this apartment.

We had a nice stay. We were warmly welcomed by Roselyne. The space is nice and large, and is equipped with everything we needed.

Beautiful cottage and hosts. We had a great weekend with friends in the sun and quiet in the heart of nature. The kids were thrilled with the ponds, boats and fishing. Really recommendable.

What a great stay for a weekend with friends. Marc is a really friendly host who has the best with his guests. The barbecue, the long table outside, the beautiful house, the quiet hiking trail and the bakery within walking distance. Everything was perfect.

We had a super nice weekend in the unique tiny cottage with outdoor kitchen and outdoor bathroom. We were lucky with the weather in early October with 2 days of sun which definitely affected the experience positively. Corinne was super helpful, we were allowed to check in earlier and her breakfasts and the Ardennes dinner in their wood oven was also very special. Highly recommended if you like peace and space and back-to-basics!

we spent 3 nights and the accommodation was great, the setting is very pleasant in the middle of the forest while being accessible to several places to visit around. we did not encounter any difficulty with the accommodation, the instructions were clear and Claudine sent us a lot of information and was indulgent regarding the additional payment for the chier. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Frank was super nice and helped at all times. The place is very cool and nicely furnished. Exactly what I expected and was looking for. There were enough plates, glasses, etc. Really a lovely place. Only taxis were hard to find. If you want to relax, are a nature lover or want to have peace, this is the right place. I can recommend Dinant. Frank any time too. Thanks for everything

We arrived very late due to work and traffic jams but fortunately the host was very flexible. Cottage was a true little paradise of peace and very cozy. All amenities worked and were tidy. Heating worked after some figuring out and time perfect. Even got an electric heater temporarily but it was not necessary after half an hour. Sophie came to visit the next day for an explanation and whether everything was to your liking. Intermarche was a few minutes' drive away in Givet and was ideal. Views over the Meuse and the mountains were fantastic. Bed sleeps well. Bedding was wonderfully clean and made up. Large bedroom with ample outlets to charge everything for the next day. Low deck chairs in the garden were good. You can have delicious breakfast with 4 chairs. Swimming pool was closed but nice for us because otherwise it could be a lot busier with children playing because you share the big garden with 2 more apartments. Sophie also speaks English and is very friendly. Thanks ?

Excellent stay with my friends in Malzy, a real relaxing break! The location is superb, a special mention for the view of the valley with the terrace, as well as the pool. Hosts were very welcoming, available and accommodating, I highly recommend this listing!

We were at Maison Le Domaine De L'Épuisette on the occasion of my birthday. A great house, especially the living area and the open kitchen, we liked the interior very much. The outdoor area has a large terrace and is very idyllic towards the lake. The grill has a plancha border and is a good size for groups or families. The pool provides a refreshing cool-down. Overall, we had a great two nights there and found the rural location to be very relaxing.
