This spacious property is a collection of converted traditional barns, best described as a minimalistic return to Sifnian tradition with modern amenities. It is the perfect getaway for large groups to reconnect. Brunch on the terrace next to the pool, soak up the Greek island sun, relax, meditate, and enjoy the unspoiled view of the Sifnean nature. The property is completely isolated from traffic and other disturbances and within walking distance of the main village of the island, Apollonia.

Traditional island house, fully renovated in 2022. Features 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests and 2 bathrooms, plus a separate lower-level space for 3 guests with its own bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the veranda. Just 2’ from the sea and 5’ from an organized beach with a Blue Flag and nearby restaurants. Easy access by car with parking right in front of the house.

Rare residence with breathtaking views of Kastro & the Aegean sea, spanning 95 m2 and accommodating up to 7 persons. Split level main house with living room, fully equipped open plan kitchen on the upper level, and 2 bedrooms & bathroom on the lower level. Separate interconnecting guesthouse with 2 single beds that can be joined into a large double, kitchenette, bathroom, as well as an upper loft with an extra bed sleeping one person. Beautiful large verandas.

Located just a few meters away from Platis Gialos Beach, Miele Villa 2 is situated at the upper level of a two floors building. The house is fully equipped with all necessary modern facilities and amenities. It is consisted of two double bedded master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one more master with two single beds and en suite bathroom, a fourth, shared bathroom, an open-plan large living-room with fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.
