El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita y diríamos que mucho más para poder pasar los días que queramos a gusto. Buen confort, limpio, en muy buenas condiciones. Todas las instrucciones están detalladas. El lugar donde se encuentra ubicado está muy bonito y agradable para descansar. Si tenemos que dar un calificación del 1 al 10 le damos el máximo. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

Excelente opción para pasar unos dias en Madrid. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que como esta en el centro de todas las atracciones permite ir caminando muy fácil y rápidamente a ellas. El barrio Chueca es muy divertido y lleno de vitalidad. El departamento es exactamente como está descripto en Airbnb y nos lo entregaron muy limpio. Es muy amplio y luminoso. Techos muy altos. Hecho con materiales nobles que lo hacen muy acogeror. Es MUY cómodo. El anfitrión se comporto muy bien tambien! Recomiendo fuertemente esta opción.

Ich habe Alicia nicht persönlich kennengelernt, hatten aber einen guten schriftlichen Kontakt. Sie hat immer umgehend auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Wirklich sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Kaffeekapsel. Danke für den guten Aufenthalt.

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Laura es con diferencia la host más amable y servicial que he encontrado en Airbnb y esa amabilidad se plasma en los pequeños detalles que están en el apartamento que hacen muy agradable la estancia. Muy pendiente del huésped, ofreciendo siempre recomendaciones útiles para hacer agradable la estancia, estuvo constantemente disponible para ayudar o simplemente ofrecer tips sobre la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia cómoda de varias días, ademas que está muy bien ubicado. A dos cuadras del edificio se encuentran estaciones de líneas de metro principales y es muy sencillo llegar caminando a lugares emblemáticos como La Almudena, el Palacio Real, la Plaza Mayor o Sol. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Laura ha sabido cómo aprovechar muy bien el espacio. La conexión a internet es excelente, en caso que se necesite trabajar y se requiera buen ancho de banda.
