Separate room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, near the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. Cooking is NOT allowed. You can heat up whatever you need. Visitors and parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.

We can add (upon request and acceptance) a crib instead of an extra bed for a baby, but please note that the maximum capacity is 3 people including children and babies. Our establishment is just 1 km from the old town, which is walkable and has a large free outdoor parking lot (spaces are not reserved)
