O Juan foi sempre muito prestável e extremamente flexível. A casa estava impecável e a localização é fantástica. A possibilidade de ter estacionamento foi claramente um plus, sendo que é um estacionamento onde foi muito fácil estacionar o carro. A repetir !

Wat een fijn verblijf hebben we gehad. Schoon, rustig en ook centraal gelegen. Ideale locatie om vanaf t vliegveld met de bus naar de accomodatie te komen. En vanuit de accommodatie Sevilla te voet te verkennen. Het verblijf kan ik iedereen aanraden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir haben die 6 Tage in Torremolinos in diesem Apartement verbracht und uns dabei sehr wohl gefühlt. Sonia ist sehr zuvorkommen - sie half uns bei Reservierungen und antwortete in minutenschnelle. Sie gab uns mehrere, ausführliche Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Beach Clubs und Aktivitäten. Der Check-In und der Weg verlief aufgrund der guten Beschreibung von Sonia perfekt. In der Wohnung konnte man alle möglichen nützlichen Gegenstände finden. Uns mangelte es an nichts. Die Lage ist super, der Strand und viele tolle Restaurants nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem können wir das Airbnb und Sonia als Vermieterin jedem ans Herz legen.

Fue muy fácil llegar ya que no estaba lejos de la estación. Zona muy tranquila, casa muy limpia y acogedora tal y como se muestra en fotos. Tuvimos el placer de conocer a Manuel que fue encantador. Volveriamos a repetir!!!

El departamento está situado justo en el área turística de Puerto Banus, un departamento muy moderno y con todas las amenidades que necesites, caminando están muchas tiendas y restaurantes y la playa a unos cuantos pasos, el host fue siempre fácil de comunicar y la llegada igual fácil de encontrar y de entrar, muy recomendable.

This place is a true gem, and so is alvaro. The apartment is spacious and gorgeous, much more beautiful than the pictures even. It was packed with food and everything you could possibly need. I have never seen such generosity from an apartment or an accommodation of any kind. Alvaro was considerate and very kind, he provided a dog bed and water for my dog, and he helped us check in early. das Airbnb ist sehr empfehlenswert. Leichter Check in, Javier ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles was man braucht steht zur Verfügung. Sauber und tolle Betten. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage liegt ganz nah an der Einkaufsstraße. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein Traum ist die große Dachterrasse mit ganz viel Sonne von morgens bis abends. Morgens kann man wunderbar den Kaffee und die Ruhe genießen. Abends den Abend und Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Unglaublich, man mochte gar nicht diese tolle Terrasse verlassen. Danke Javier für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in deinem tollen Airbnb ☀️💐

fantastische villa. zeer zeer ruim. alles heel compleet uitgerust. moderne keuken etc etc. enige waar je als huurder rekening mee moet houden is dat je eigenlijk alleen met de auto het terrein af kunt omdat je gelijk op de weg zit. even een wandelingetje vanuit huis is dus niet echt mogelijk of je loopt op een autoweg.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, groß und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gab auch ein Begrüßungspaket mit Wasser und Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber. Der Pool ist sehr privat und mit den Sitzgelegenheiten davor ein ganz besonderer Ort zum Entspannen und für unser 5 Jähriges Kind das perfekte Badepardies. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt und können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

l'accueil de ana et Antonio est très chaleureux leur petite maison réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin rien ne manque. pour l'arrivée ne vous fié pas au gps pas assez précis la route qui les dessert. ne permet pas les demi tour. séjour très agréable et reposant.

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

Stayed for a girls trip for two nights. Wonderful location, apartment was ideal for the 7 of us to have our own space and relax. Right in the centre with easy walks to restaurants, bars, and lovely coffee shop next door. The host was attentive, if we had a question they were always quick to respond. A great apartment!

Das schönste air bnb in dem ich je war und die Liebe zum Detail kann man überall sehen. Wir waren absolut begeistert und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! ♥️

La casa es perfecta para desconectar. Hemos estado súper a gusto, el entorno es muy tranquilo y la casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia super cómoda. Se nota el cuidado en los detalles. ¡Totalmente recomendable, repetiríamos sin pensarlo!

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Desde el primer momento Maribel estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada, hemos acudido por viaje familiar y el piso está muy cómodo, no le falta de nada y lo mejor es la ubicación a 3min andando de la playa 100% recomendado

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Great apartment at a great location. The apartment was spacious, very tidy and felt very comfortable in general. The host was extremely responsive and flexible throughout our whole stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would visit it again in the future!

Todo igual que en las fotos y en la descripción y tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar durante las vacaciones en el Puerto. Bien situado. Durante nuestros vacaciones hubo algunas pequeñas problemas con las persianas y la cerradura, las que Ernesto y Andrés soluncionaron enseguida. Muchas gracias!
