Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

Beautiful and charming rustic/modern style house recently restored in the heart of Albaicín with wonderful views of the Alhambra Distributed over three floors: on the top floor we will enjoy the beautifully decorated living room with its two balconies. One of them overlooks the Alhambra where you can have breakfast or dinner. The spacious and modern kitchen with vintage touches is fully equipped and is on the first floor. The bedroom (spacious and unique) is located downstairs as well as the bathroom.

A nice and spacious manor house in Lanjarón.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
