It has 6 bedrooms, 5 on the first floor, plus two bathrooms, and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, with a large bathroom and living room, kitchen. The mountain and the Aguas Blancas River form a picture that you can contemplate from the pool in summer, or the interior fireplace in winter. It is located 35 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 25 minutes from downtown Granada.

Casa Río Borosa is located in the center of the Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park in an area of high ecological value with pine trees, holm oaks and a wide variety of flora and fauna, where it is common to see deer and wild boars. Located a few meters from the Borosa River, where you can bathe in the Charco de la Cuna waterfall. We are next to the Borosa River Visitor Center. The Torre del Vinagre Hunting Museum and Interpretation Center is 1.5 km away. The Borosa River route starts at 300m.

HOUSE 1, on the first floor, with independent entrance is luminous with enormous picture windows, has organic pellets heating plus pretty chimney.

For the more adventurous the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is within driving distance.The city of Granada offers a wealth of cultural experiences as do the cities of Ubeda and Baeza. Lovely walks are also on your doorstep.

The Warehouses of Paintings

Las Naves de Cuadros are two houses on the same plot, an old farm garden, which are connected inside. Each house has 6 places, 12 in total. All private, without sharing anything with anyone: well equipped, fireplace, air conditioning, own parking, pool with sun loungers, large plot, direct access to the river, swings, barbecue, many trees and shade. Isolated, but very close to the town of Bedmar, the Ermita de Cuadros and the source of the Cuadros River.

Granada Apartment for Tourism

Apartment in Peligros, a town in the Granada belt. This apartment has a direct connection to downtown via a bus, with a stop 50 meters from the door. In addition, it has a pharmacy right in the portal, shops, bakeries, coffee shops, bars, free parking and park in the same area.
