On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The apartment on the 3rd floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 qm, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20 qm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. About 6 minutes walk from Rhine and train station. Tram (to Bonn) and pedestrian zone about 7 minutes walk. In summer, a monoblock air conditioner with an exhaust hose is firmly attached to a wall passage in the living room.

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Vacation home Bachstelze in the mountain area of Königswinter at the foot of the Ölberg. Our apartment has a double bedroom (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also has a private terrace, which is only used by guests, with magnificent views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The walls were painted chemical-free with chalk paint.
