The villa is modern in style, air-conditioned, and equipped with a swimming pool (7 m x 14 m), a garden, and parking. Located 40 minutes from Rabat-Salé Airport, it is set amidst a farm planted with lemon and fruit trees and offers panoramic views of the valley. The villa can accommodate up to 4 couples, with a maximum total of 12 guests. A caretaker and his small family are on site at all times. They are staying in a wing of the villa overlooking the parking lot.
